Salmon,Tuna,Indian mackerel,Rohu,Prawns,Hilsa, Sardines, and Basa are some of the most popular types of fish in India. Those that are especially beneficial to heart health are:-
Salmon: High in omega-3 fatty acids, salmon can help reduce the risk of heart disease.
Sardines: High in omega-3s, sardines are a small, oily fish that can help lower cholesterol and lower the risk of heart disease.
Mackerel is high in omega-3s and a good source of vitamins B12 and D.

It is recommended to eat fish at least twice a week as part of a healthy diet. It is also important to consider how the fish is prepared, as some methods may be less healthy than others. Overcooking fish can result in the loss of important nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, and using additives like butter or oil can add extra calories and unhealthy fats to the dish.
