A: Patients are seen by appointment throughout the week. Contact our staff by WhatsApp, mobile, or email so that a convenient time can be fixed for you. Do reach the clinic in time for your appointment with all your old medical records. The staff will make every effort to see you at your scheduled time, but delays may occur in the event of an emergency or due to the delayed completion of a previous consultation.

6 -9 pm        Monday to Saturday

11 am – 1 pm, 6- 9 pm        Sundays

The normal visit duration is 15 minutes.

Patients are allowed one complimentary visit to be done within 5 days of the initial date of visit.
Though efforts are made to ensure that prescription records of all patients are maintained in the clinic, it is still strongly advised that all patients should keep a personal copy of their medical records safely and bring them whenever they visit the clinic.
In any emergency, one should go to the nearest health care facility for immediate first aid. Do carry your medical records with you and show them to the emergency duty doctor. Thereafter the clinic should be contacted on our Whatsapp/mobile number for further assistance and guidance.
